Diamond (Diamante) - St. Vlas (Sveti Vlas), Bulgaria
The Diamond complex also known as the Diamante is the flag ship property of the Dinevi Resort, St Vlas. Located on the front line with stunning views over the Marina and across the bay to the ancient town of Nessebar.
Completed in the summer of 2005 the development has been built by the local and popular developers Dinevi & Co who have been responsible for many of the development in the locality. The position of this complex at the front line overlooking the Marina with its newly constructed hotel development makes it one of the most desirable complexes in the whole of Vlas.
The development is built around its pools and has a lower level partially subterranean level which includes the complex restaurant and the front line apartments known affectionately as the 'Bunkers'.

Swimming Pools
The Diamond has two separate large swimming pools located in different parts of the development. Both have ample sun terraces allowing for sun loungers around the pools and pool bars adjacent offering beverages to guests throughout the day.
Restaurant
The Diamond restaurant is at the front of the development and has superb views of the Dinevi Marina and Nessebar and Sunny Beach across the other side of the bay. The Cuisine is of the highest standard and has plenty of seating for guests both inside and outside of the restaurant.
Other Information
- The complex itself has shops, hairdressers, pool and children’s pool, pool bar, well being centre, internet cafe, piano bar and fine restaurant.
- The new Dinevi marina is located just down the hill from the complex and is easily accessible by foot. A regular ferry service operates during the summer months from the Marina to the historic world heritage site of Nessebar on the other side of the bay.
- Being part of the Dinevi resort owners and guests can also access the facilities of the other complexes including restaurants, pools, private beach, tennis courts, bureau de change, internet cafe and health spa.
- Local buses run a regular service every 15 minutes in the summer months between St Vlas and Sunny Beach from the coast road that is about a 2/3 minute walk from the complex. In addition a local Bulgarian tour operator runs a regular minibus service from the parking area at the rear of the complex between St Vlas, Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
- The development has its own local taxi service running from the car parking area behind the building.
- The town square at the centre of Vlas is only a 12 minute walk from the complex. There are a number of good restaurants and small shops selling jewellery and other goods along the route.
- The complex has ample parking facilities to the rear of the complex and has 24 hour on site security guards.
- Nearest Airport to the complex is at Bourgas which is a 30 minute transfer from the airport
- Flight times to Bourgas from the UK are approximately 3.5 hours
