The Business, People and Ethos.
The Business
Harrison & Stamose is a family owned and managed business with offices in Bulgaria and the UK. The business was established in 2006 with the principal aim of marketing quality Bulgarian properties to overseas investors.
Our People
The UK office is managed by Helen and Mark Harrison who are both finance professionals and have themselves invested in multiple properties in Bulgaria. They therefore have a better appreciation of the buying process from the investor's perspective than the average property agent and will be able to give guidance based on their own first hand experiences.
The Bulgarian office is managed by Theo Stamose a fluent English speaking Bulgarian who has spent several years living in the United States. Theo has a wealth of experience in the Bulgarian property market having sold literally hundreds of properties to foreign buyers over the last three years. He and his team will be on hand to help clients through every step of the purchasing process whilst in Bulgaria including the managing of initial viewing trips, opening of Bulgarian bank accounts and ensuring the client gets the most out of their visits to Bulgaria.
Our Ethos
We believe that the key to a successful client relationship is to be honest and open from the outset. We prefer to provide helpful and relevant information to our clients so that they may make their own informed decisions, leaving them in full control at all times. We do not employ a high-pressure sales approach and our viewing trips will revolve around clients wishes to see only the properties that are of interest to them.
We also believe it is important to listen to our clients' needs and requirements in order to identify the properties in our portfolio that are the most suitable match for them. We appreciate that buying a property abroad for the first time can be a daunting prospect, hence our goal is to make the process as straightforward and stress free as possible for our clients. With friendly, professional and approachable staff both in the UK and Bulgaria we will be on hand every step of the way should our clients need us.
